Majors Gurukul is the coaching and training wing of Majors (an institutionalized friend philosopher coach and guide to individuals corporates and communities). We are living in a century where volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity have become the norm of the day. The frequency of life-threatening pandemics and natural disasters seems to be on the rise. Humanity seems to be moving from one war-like scenario to another. Acquiring soldierly skills seem to be imperative to survive, sustain and succeed in today’s world. Majors Gurukul is founded by a visionary ex-Army officer, groomed in a military school from the tender age of 9, graduated from the National Defence Academy and served meritoriously for 11 years in an elite Armoured Regiment and has acquired 26 years of experience as a corporate warrior and has committed himself to contribute to our nation-building process by preparing Indian youth to face unique challenges of the 21st Century world successfully. Our training emphasis is on learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, and learning to live together.
